First the conversation: how do you want to deal with AI?

This is usually two sessions. First a session with management: we map out what you want to achieve with AI, which questions are on the table and what your organisation needs.
Then a session with the whole team. We take you through the most important developments around AI and show what is already possible today. But above all there is room for the conversation: which opportunities do people see, which worries are there, and what matters to you when it comes to sustainability, privacy and transparency, both internally and externally? We also go through the tools that are out there, how they differ and which companies are behind them. These are dynamic sessions, and people often walk out inspired.
Based on that, we draw up your AI Golden Rules: clear, practical agreements that guide how you want to use AI within the organisation.
Then: to work.
After the strategy sessions you can book AI implementation sessions. We get to work 1:1 or in small groups, based on the AI Golden Rules and tailored to everyone’s own job.
