Hi, we are Eveline and Maxime.
From film production to AI.
With The Transformation Studio we help organisations put AI to practical use in their everyday work. We look at where AI really saves time, makes processes smarter and supports teams. We help with AI strategy, training and implementation, and we build AI agents and AI teams that support specific tasks within an organisation.
We use AI ourselves every day, in our work and in the way we run our business. We are excited about what AI makes possible, but we also look critically at how it is applied and what the consequences are. So far we have trained over 150 people.
We met during the Master Generative AI at LABASAD in Barcelona. Out of our background in film production and our shared interest in the practical use of AI, The Transformation Studio came about.
Eveline Bloemendal
Co-founderEveline worked for over ten years as a film producer and Head of Production for companies such as MediaMonks, Crisp and De Haaien, in the Netherlands and South America. After her Master Generative AI at LABASAD she turned her work to putting AI into everyday working processes: translating strategy into concrete workflows, training, practical applications and carefully built AI agents inside teams.
Maxime Rozestraten
Co-founderMaxime graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy with the award for Best Producer. Worked in the video department at VICE, was a partner at Fonk Film and Line Producer at Scenery. After her Master Generative AI at LABASAD her focus shifted to AI strategy and implementation: getting clear what an organisation as a whole needs, and translating that into a clear approach, AI agents and AI teams.
