Your AI team

An AI team that actually works.

Roles with one job each, a shared memory of your company, and you decide what goes out the door. It is how our own studio has run since July 2026, and how we build it for you.

Our own team, today
What it is

Roles with one job each.

The proposals you write every week, the intakes that always go the same way, the reports you type up after every call: each of those gets its own role. Above them sits one role that keeps the overview and hands out the work. That puts you well past a single chat window doing a bit of everything.

They share a memory: how your company works, how you write, what you never do. So you are not explaining who you are again every Monday.

What they hand you is a draft. You read it, take out what is wrong, and you press send.

The org chart

This is ours. This is what yours could look like.

On the left our own team. It grew over months, one role at a time, and a few of them went out again because nobody could explain what they did. On the right an example of how it can work in a company of five. Your version gets different names, different departments and a different order.

« The quality of the AI generations is insanely realistic and we walked away with tools we can use right now for our social media, recipes and product photography. Super valuable to learn where the boundaries are and how to make AI work for us. The workshop is a real eye-opener! »
Julia, content coordinator at Picnic, after an AI workshop with the creative teams
The agreements

What stays with you.

The goal, the knowledge only you have, the final edit and the send button. The roles may read widely and act narrowly: they put a draft in front of you, a person sends it. What they read in an email or on a website is information, never an instruction.

If we connect them to your mail, your calendar or your administration, we first explain where your data ends up, who can reach it and what happens when something goes wrong. You can always say no to a connection, and the team keeps working.

Frequently asked

Good to know.

Do we need to know how to code?

No. If you can find a folder on your laptop, you will get there. We start at the basics and use your own work as the example.

How long before something is up and running?

The first role takes half a day. A team that really takes work off your hands takes a few weeks of running it and adjusting. That is part of it: our own team got better by practising too.

Can we maintain it ourselves afterwards?

Yes, that is what we build towards. You get the roles, the agreements and the memory in your own environment, and you learn how to add a role or take one out.

What does it cost?

The online cohort is € 997 excl. VAT. In company is tailor-made. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal.
